Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?
Yes! Our smallest packages start with the elopement package. This includes 2 rentals for 1 night and up to 15 guests. Elopements are Mondays-Thursdays only.
Can guests book the rentals themselves?
Guests can book directly, although we still do require a 50% deposit to hold your dates.
Party size?
Elopement- Mon-Thursday- up to 15 guests./ Micro- up to 40 guests / Traditional- up to 120 guests
Peak season
Off Season- January and February/Peak Rate Adjustment- May-Oct /Regular rates- March,April,November, December

How many rentals are included?
Elopement- 2 rentals for 1 night included
micro wedding- 5 rentals for 2 nights included.
Traditional- 14 rentals for 2 nights included
* The Property will be yours to use/set up from 3pm check in until 10am check out.
Cost of elopement?
Elopement- 1 night with 2 rentals-Off season- $575 / regular season- $835 / Peak- $1000
Cost of Micro Wedding?
2-night stay with 5 rentals included. Off Season- $3450 / regular season- $4790 / Peak Season- $6050
Cost of traditional wedding?
Traditional wedding includes 2-nights at 14 of our rentals. Off Season- $9220 / regular season- $10930 / Peak $12870
How many guests can stay on property?
Up to 58 guests can stay on the Creekside property that is walking distance to the ceremony when booking the traditional./
The Micro wedding with the 5 rentals can hold up to 23 adults plus 2 kids. /
We also have rentals close by to bring the total to 94 guests.
